Event Description

The agency have been monitoring the COVID-19 and staying up to date with information provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to help us plan and execute our annual Back to School Community Health Fair for the community safely and enjoyable.This year we will host a drive through event and we will gladly share your health information with the attendee. Health information packages should be mailed to Fulton County DFCS, 515 Fairburn Rd, SW, Ste 460, Atlanta, GA 30331 by July 17th.
